Go out in the field with the instructor and learn how to use your film camera and lens to create properly exposed negatives for printing.
film development
Learn how to process your own film with an understanding of how the chemistry magically converts silver into image.
silver gelatin prints
Learn how to use an enlarger to expose your negative onto museum quality fiber based paper. Then watch your image magically appear through a bath of developer, with you in control of the exciting result.
evaluate your exposures
Learn how to analyze the negatives you’ve developed to select which to take to the next step and print. Become familiar with the tools of the trade to learn what makes a good negative.
